Aluminium Inline Sliding Doors are available in a wide range of powder coated colours and different finishes, with most of the colour options being available in a choice of either a matt, gloss or a range of textured finishes. We find that Anthracite Grey is currently a popular colour for many homeowners as it is contemporary, stylish and looks good in many different styles of property.
You can choose to have the same colour on both sides of your aluminium sliding door, or a dual colour, with one colour on the outside and a different colour on the inside. E and A Windows regularly install Visoglide Plus Aluminium Sliding Doors in homes throughout Radlett, Hertfordshire and in London and we find that many of our customers choose a White finish for the inside of their home to give them the flexibility to update their décor without having to consider the colour of their doors.
If you have a 4 metre wide opening, you could choose a two pane Visoglide Plus door, where one sash slides and the second sash remains fixed. You would then be able to slide one door open, either from left to right or right to left, depending on what you decide when you place your order, and you would benefit from having two metres of fixed glass to protect you from any summer breeze and two metres where the doors are open, allowing in plenty of ventilation.
If you have the space, you can choose either a three or four pane Sliding Door. The aluminium sightline on the Visoglide Plus Sliding Doors is just 83mm, so when the doors are closed, you have an almost uninterrupted view of your garden and the views beyond your garden.
All doors have a multi-point locking system which is operated by a stylish D handle in a choice of Chrome or White. You can choose to have handles on the inside and outside of your home, or if you decide that you won’t need to open or close the doors when you are outside, you can choose not to have handles on the outside, to create a sleek finish externally. We would recommend that you spend time considering this before making your final decision.
When fitted with warm edge, argon filled double glazing, Visoglide Plus Aluminium Sliding Doors achieve a U Value of 1.6 W/m²K, meeting Building Regulations for thermal efficiency. When it comes to maintenance of your Sliding Doors, other than checking that your doors and the track is free from any dust and grit, all that is needed is an occasional wipe with a soapy cloth to ensure your doors continue to perform for many years.

Very professional service! During my initial consultation, I was fortunate enough to deal with the owner of the company. He visited my property and spent a few hours talking me through design options and his recommendations. I have just had new windows installed by E&A Windows and I must say I was very impressed. Arthur the owner of the company was so helpful and supportive throughout the process.
